Monoclonal antibodies selective immunological determination of laminins forms of high molecular weight, intact in body fluids.

1995
monoclonal antibody having specificity for proteins of the family of the laminins and to the fragment of laminin P1 which can be prepared from human placenta by pepsin digestion, wherein the monoclonal antibody binds preferentially to the folded structures natively of domains of the laminin P1 laminin antibody affinity to native laminin, intact, is approximately equal to the affinity of the antibody to the fragment of P1 laminin, and the antibody has the properties of a monoclonal antibody that is produced by DSM ACC2181 cell line DSM ACC2182 DSM ACC2180 or the hybridoma.
