Linear and Third-order Nonlinear Optical Properties of Porphyrin Compounds and Metalloporphyrin

The linear and nonlinear optical properties of two porphyrin derivants and a metalloporphyrin complex,TPPH2,T(4-VP)P and ZnTPP respectively,have been investigated by UV-VIS-NIR spectroscopy,fluorescence spectroscopy and picosecond Z-scan technique with 532 nm and 1 064 nm excitation.The optical properties of three samples were discussed based on the theories of л-electron conjugated structures and resonant/non-resonant enhancement,respectively.
