Experimental Study on Simultaneous Determination of Metal Elements in Serum by ICP-MS

[Objective]To develop an accurate method for directly dilution determining B,Mn,Ni,Se,Cd,l,Pb and Cr in serum by collision cell inductively coupled plasma spectrometry.[Methods]After dilution with 0.1%Trition-X-100+0.5% NH4Oby a factor of 10,the serum was directly determined by inductively coupled plasma spectrometry which used internal standard Ge to eliminate mass matrix interference and signal drift and used external standard method to calibrate the instrument work cure,and used collision cell to eliminate mass spectroscopic interference.[Results]The detections of limits were 0.001-0.392μg/L,the within-day RSD were less than 5.0%,the between day RSD were less than 15.0%,recoveries were 85.0%-115.0%,comparing with AAS and AF the results of analysis were satisfactory.[Conclusion]This method has the advantage of sample consumption,easy operation,less pollution,multielement fast and accurate measurement,and can directly dilution determinate nine elements in serum by collision cell inductively coupled plasma spectrometry.
