Device (1) separation of waste containing an organic fraction and a fraction consisting of interfering materials, particularly waste market, comprising a crusher (8) which are mounted on a shaft (16) driven by a motor, hammers (18) pivotable, wherein the hammers in the form of plates and being pivotal substantially in its flat plate, the shaft (16) and hammers (18) surrounded by a housing (14) being substantially tubular, that having an inlet (6) and an outlet (43) and is provided with a sieve (21) over a substantial length below the shaft, characterized in that the plane of the plates form with the longitudinal axis an angle in the range of 1 to 20 °, so that the wastes introduced into the crusher through the inlet port can be ground by the hammers and transported to the outlet because of the inclination of the hammer (18) and the fraction org Anica can be separated from the other components largely through the strainer.
