Identification and susceptibility analysis of 1472 strains of yeasts.

2010
OBJECTIVE To realize the distribution and antifungal susceptibility to fluconzole and voriconazole of the yeasts isolated from clinical specimen.METHODS The clinical yeasts were inoculated in 2006-2008 on the Chromagr, and incubated at 35℃ for 48 hours.Identified the achromatic or atypical strains by API 20C Performed antifungal susceptibility in vitro according to the CLSI M-44A,measured the zones and analyzed data through BIOMIC system.RESULTS Candida albicans were the most, accouting for 57%,Candida tropicalis,Candida glabrata,Candida krusei,Trichosporon sp.and the other yeasts accouting for 15.4%,15.4%,3.3%,2.1%,6.8% respectively.Voriconazole was effective to the most yeasts and its activity was better than Fluconzole.CONCLUSION Identification of the clinical yeasts should be pay attention and surveillance of antifungal resistance is neccesary.
