Method for preparing pyrroloquinoline quinine by adding artificially synthesized precursor

Provided is a method for synthesizing pyrroloquinoline quinine in vitro by utilizing bacteria cell disruption supernatant and adding a pyrroloquinoline quinine synthesis precursor-artificially synthesized polypeptide. The method comprises: inoculating producing bacteria of pyrroloquinoline quinine into a fermentation medium according to a proportion of 5%, and culturing for 3d in a shaking way at 28°C to obtain bacterial suspension; carrying out high speed centrifugation on the bacterial suspension to obtain thalli; using a buffer solution to suspend the thalli; after that, crushing by using an ultrasonic method, carrying out high speed centrifugation, and taking supernatant; and adding an artificially synthesized precursor into the supernatant, and carrying out a reaction for 12-26h at the constant temperature of 35-50°C.
