Состояние здоровья детей, обучающихся в первом классе образовательных учреждений (на примере г. Уфы)

The first form is one of the most difficult periods in life of children. The transition from the conditions of the upbringing in the family to the qualitatively different atmosphere of the school education, which consists of the complex of mental, emotional and physical stresses, makes much more difficult demands on a personality of a child. The state of the health of 1026 children aged 7 to8, attending educational institutes in Ufa is analyzed in this article. The structure of the totality of pathological conditions and diseases, which are typical for children of the primary school age, is investigated. The attention is paid to the changes of some nosology forms for the last ten years (from 2003 to 2012). A considerable reduction has been found in such types of the diseases as traumas, poisoning, diseases caused by external influences, infectious and parasitic diseases, diseases of the blood and blood-forming organs. At the same time the incidence of such diseases like caries, the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue diseases, skin and subcutaneous tissue diseases, diseases of the genitourinary system, diseases of the nervous system and eating disorder has become higher.
