독일의 군 의료체계 통합사례에 비추어 본 한반도 통일 대비 군 의료체계 통합 방향

Analyzing the integration of the German Federal Army’s medical system and the development of the Bundeswehr Joint Medical Service would be helpful for determining the integration direction of the military medical system on the Korean peninsula. The integration goals should aim to reduce health disparities and improve the health state of the unified soldiers in Korea. The integration stages could be divided into three periods. In the transitional period, a cooperative organization should be established to support essential medical services. In the introduction period, as a preparatory stage for the integration of the military medical system, a northern regional medical command should be established. In the stabilization period, a unified Korean army medical command should be established to unify the dualized military medical systems as one.
