Use of a dispersion adhesive for laminating films

2013
Use of a dispersion adhesive for laminating films of high gloss, dispersion adhesives containing at least one water-dispersed polymer formed by emulsion copolymerization from a monomer mixture containing (a) at least 40 % by weight, preferably 50 to 98.4% by weight of at least one principal monomer selected from (meth) acrylates of C1 to C20, vinyl esters of carboxylic acids containing up to 20 carbon atoms, vinylaromatics having up 20 C atoms, ethylenically unsaturated nitriles, vinyl halides, vinyl ethers of alcohols containing from 1 to 10 carbon atoms, aliphatic hydrocarbons having 2 to 8 carbon atoms and one or two double bonds, (meth) acrylamides or mixtures thereof monomers; (B) at least 1% by weight, preferably 2 to 20% by weight of at least one (meth) acrylate C1 to C20, (c) at least 0.6% by weight, preferably 1 to 5% by weight of at least one polymerizable monomer ethylenically unsaturated radical form with at least one glycidyl group, (d) 0 to 10% by weight, preferably 0.1 to 5% by weight of at least one acid monomer .
