Clinical application of Xiebai powder

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Xiebai powder in clinical application.Methods 80 patients of after a cold cough in our hospital were equally divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with addition and subtraction method of Xiebai powder by 2 courses.The control group was treated with conventional therapy.The treatment effects of two groups were observed.Results The treatment effects of two groups were compared.The excellences of treatment group was 24,effective was 12,invalid was 4,the total effective rate was 90%.In the control group,the excellence was 13,effective was 16,invalid was 11,the total efficiency rate was 73%.There were significant differences between two groups results(P 0.05).Conclusion The application of Xiebai powder addition and subtraction treatment,can play a capable of preventing phlegm from forming and stopping coughing,reduce lung wet rales and other symptoms of after a cold cough,has a better treatment effect.
