The invention belongs to the technical field of heat energy recycling, and particularly relates to a heat energy recycling device for steam exhaust of a deaerator in a boiler steam turbine system. The heat energy recycling device for the steam exhaust of the deaerator in the boiler steam turbine system is characterized in that a steam exhaust outlet of the deaerator is connected with a steam inlet of a surface heat exchanger through a steam inlet pipe, a flash condensed water outlet of the surface heat exchanger is connected with a water tank through a flash condensed water pipe, and the water tank is located below the surface heat exchanger. A water inlet of the surface heat exchanger is connected with a condensed water pipe, and a water outlet of the surface heat exchanger is connected with the deaerator through a water outlet pipe. According to the heat energy recycling device, the steam-exhaust-rapidly-condensed flash condensing technology is used, under the condition that cold sources are sufficient, steam exhaust can be cooled through heat exchanging, and meanwhile useful working media are heated so that the aim of recycling heat can be achieved.
