Cryogenically cooled 946nm Nd:YAG laser

We present the performance of a diode pumped cryogenically cooled Nd:YAG operating at 946nm, 4F3/2 - 5I9/2 transition. Result of 3.8W of output power was obtained with 25W of incident power, with slope efficiency of 23%.
