Pemphigoid gestationis with IgG autoantibodies to both the 120 kDa LAD-1 and the BP180 NC16a domain.

Pemphigoid gestationis (PG) patients usually show IgG autoantibodies to the NC16a domain of BP180 but autoantibodies to the 120 kDa LAD-1 are detected in 20% of PG patients [1].
