PRODUÇÃO DE MUDAS DE CAFÉ CONILON COM USO DO VINHOTO ASSOCIADO AO LODO DE CURTUME COMO FERTILIZANTE FOLIAR

2020
The demand for conilon coffee seedlings in the north of Espirito Santo continues to grow, on the other hand, in recent years, it has been observed that climate issues and the high cost of production harm this market, in this context studies are needed for the use of waste liquids in the production of conilon coffee seedlings. Among the possible residues with potential for agricultural use in the north of Espirito Santo, the vinhoto stands out, due to the large number of cachaca distilleries in the region and the tannery sludge generated by leather processing. Tannery sludge and vinasse are residues rich in essential elements for vegetables with potential use in the form of fertilizers. The objective of this work was to evaluate the effect of foliar fertilization with the mixture of tannery sludge associated with vinasse in different concentrations in the production of conilon coffee seedlings. The experimental design used was completely randomized, with ten replications, six treatments and ten plants per treatment. The following analyzes were carried out: fresh mass of the aerial part (MFPA), fresh root mass (MFR), shoot dry mass (MSPA), dry root mass (MSR) and the calculation of Dickson's Quality Score. Based on the behavior of the regression curve, in general the best results for gravimetric characteristics, when compared to treatment with nitrogen + potassium, were estimated among 55% vinhoto + 45% tannery sludge and 73.3% vinhoto + 26.7% tannery sludge.
