The invention provides a method for sintering high-chrome-type vanadium-titanium magnetite through a large sintering machine. The method comprises the steps that a mixed ore, a fusing agent and fuel are mixed, and a mixture is obtained; the mixed ore comprises an iron ore and iron-containing sundry material, the mixed ore is moistened through water, and the water mass is 4%-6% of the mass of the mixed ore; and the mixture and returning ores are mixed, then pelletized after water is added, distributed and subjected to hot-air sintering, and thus a sintering ore is obtained. The mixed ore is moistened so that the mixed ore can fully absorb the water; through the method, the mixture can absorb the more water and has enough time to digest quick lime added in the mixture, and a foundation is laid for pelletizing of the mixture; and meanwhile, hot-air sintering is adopted so that exterior supplied heat can be increased, the sintering temperature and the high-temperature keeping time can be increased, the phasor of sintering liquid is increased, the mineral composition and structure are improved, and the sintering ore output and quality are improved.
