The present invention provides a Cu-Ti based copper alloy sheet material, which maintain good strength, bending workability, resistance to stress relaxation, while improving fatigue resistance. Its mass%, comprising Ti: 2.0 ~ 5.0%, Ni: 0 ~ 1.5%, Co: 0-1.0%, Fe: 0 ~ 0.5%, Sn: 0 ~ 1.2%, Zn: 0 ~ 2.0%, Mg : 0 ~ 1.0%, Zr: 0 ~ 1.0%, Al: 0 ~ 1.0%, Si: 0 ~ 1.0%, P: 0 ~ 0.1%, B: 0 ~ 0.05%, Cr: 0 ~ 1.0%, Mn: 0 ~ 1.0%, V: 0 ~ 1.0%, the remaining part is substantially Cu, and having the metal structure: in the cross section perpendicular to the thickness direction, the maximum width of the grain boundary reaction type precipitation of 500nm or less in diameter above 100nm density granular precipitate was 105 / mm2 or less.
