Rabdomiosarcoma de órbita: actitud diagnóstica y terapéutica

Four children with orbital rhabdomyosarcoma, included in the 86th protocol for mesenchymal tumors, are disscused. The final diagnosis was made with anathomopathology and immunohistochemical assays. The orbital biopsy gave us the diagnosis and helped chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatment. With this protocol we achieved a survival increase and we able to propase a less aggressive solution to the patient.
