Study on the Technique of Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation of Grevillea baileyana

This study established an economic and hight effective technology systemon rapid propagation of Grevillea baileyana.By comparision of the mainly factors on induction culture,proliferation culture and rooting culture,the optimal inducing medium was MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA +1.0 mg/L NAA;the optimal multiplication medium was MS +1.0 mg/L 6-BA +0.2 mg/L KT +0.3 mg/L NAA,the highest multiplication rate was 3.6.The optimal rootinging medium was 1/2MS+0.3 mg/L NAA,the rooting rate has reached 90 %,health-rooted average number of roots 3.0.
