Clinical study of treatment with irradialization stent binded with ~(125)I for patients with oesophageal cancinoma

Objective:To study the methods and the value of the treatment with 125 I particle implatation for patients with mid-late oesophagus cancinoma.Methods:Binded the silicon rubber tube with 125 I particle on the surface of the oesophagus stents,embattled according to the distrbution of the tumor organization.Irradialization stent binded with 125 I was released into the oesophagus under fluoroscopy.Results:12 cases of the patients used 50 125 I particles together.Followed up 3 months late dysphagia grade were all 3 grade,and without the development of the oesophagus fistula and without the changes of the blood count.Conclusion:Treating the mid-late oesophagus cancinoma with inradialization stent was good for killing cancinoma cells and controlling the focus growing.It is safety,effective and feasible with importance in the clinical.
