The Application of BOT Financing Mode in Public Establishment Project

This paper introduces the foreign BOT project financing mode, in which a charter of protocol in constructing and running of the project will be provided by the government or the institution who owns the project. As a foundation of project financing, BOT can reduce the first cost and the risk caused by large capital occupancy and long investment return cycle. At the same time, it can help the company to accomplish project construction under scheduled scheme and comprehensive budget, to use foreign capital and to improve project management level.
