The invention discloses a testing method of single pile horizontal bearing capacity in consideration of soil pre-consolidation and cyclic loading. The testing method comprises the following steps: (1) the size, the shape and the material of a testing pile are determined; (2) the soil layer distribution and the soil layer thickness of soil in a box are determined; (3) the pile end of the testing pile is closed; (4) soil layers are paved; and cushion plates are placed; (5) the vertical prepressing load of the soil and the number of hydraulic servo actuators are determined; (6) the actuators and a reaction frame are mounted; (7) a pile cap and a displacement meter are placed; and a horizontal loading system is mounted; (8) the classification application is performed; (9) the horizontal loading grade and the cyclic loading period are determined; (10) testing data is acquired; (11) the loading stop standard is determined according to specifications; (12) the data is arranged; (13) a soil sample for testing is cleaned; and a testing device is disassembled; and (14) a characteristic value of the horizontal limit bearing capacity of single pile under cyclic loading is determined. The testing method is better in effect, shorter in period, lower in cost and simpler in process.
