Some Discussing about the Complete Disconnected Spaces

Is this paper, the book [1] and [2] are complete disconnected space definition is discussed, in the T1 topological space, the paper defines 1 and definition 2 is in equivalence, that the condition of definition 2 better than definition 1, but the two definitions is equivalence in D*topological space.
