Water-resistant vermiculite insulation board and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a water-resistant vermiculite insulation board and a preparation method thereof. The water-resistant vermiculite insulation board is prepared from an organic adhesive, an organic modifier, a solidification accelerating agent and expanded vermiculite. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the organic adhesive, the organic modifier and the solidification accelerating agent by utilizing a high-speed stirring dispersion machine; uniformly mixing the expanded vermiculite and the mixture in a sealed stirrer; loading into a die; carrying out hot press molding; demolding; and trimming. In the invention, silicone acrylate resin is added on the basis of the traditional inorganic adhesive sodium silicate to prepare organic-inorganic composite adhesives which form an interpenetrating network structure, and the properties, such as the water resistance, strength, workability, weather resistance and the like, of the vermiculite products can be greatly enhanced by combining the hot press course. By utilizing the insulation board, the defects of poor fire resistance and easy combustion of the organic vermiculite insulation board can be overcome; and the problems of poor combination properties, such as the water resistance, workability, heat conductivity coefficient and the like, of the traditional inorganic sodium silicate vermiculite products and cement vermiculite products can be solved simultaneously.
