Análisis de Genes relacionados con la respuesta inmunitaria de los Parásitos (nematodos) para el diseño de Vacunas de ADN.

2020
In the present research work, the analysis of the genes related to the immune response of the parasites was developed, in this case, the Nematodes, having this information at hand, it can be used by Biotechnologists for the elaboration of a DNA vaccine and thus be able to be controlled and generate immunity in the different animal species. For this, the investigation was carried out and information was collected on the genes related to the immunity of each of the parasites of the different domestic species such as: canines, felines, bovines, swine, sheep, goats, South American camelids, horses, rabbits, guinea pig, birds (hen, goose, turkey and duck), where it was obtained as a result that the main genes related to immunity are: Canines: IFN-γ and IL-10; Felines: IFN-γ and IL-10; Bovines: TNF-α; Pigs: TNF-α; Horses: TNF-α, INF-γ, IL-5 and IL-13; Sheep: TNF-α and IFN-γ; Goats: TNF-α and IFN-γ; Poultry (chicken, duck, goose and turkey): IFN-γ; and South American Camelids: IFN-γ, these genes are considered due to their frequency when fighting these parasites as the main candidates to generate immunity in animals, in addition, the genetic sequence of these parasites is obtained where the respective verification was carried out of said information on the page of the “National Center for Biotechnological Information” (NCBI) and once the data obtained was confirmed, the database was prepared, which is structured by: animal species, parasite, genomic sequence, location , gene, tissue, immunity and reference, thanks to this database it is possible to identify which parasites will already have the complete information and not yet, in order to contribute to Biotechnologists to have this information at hand and also to proceed to the first investigations in the remaining parasites, in addition to the elaboration and verification of whether the chosen genes would provide immunity to the animals against these pairs parasites at the time the DNA vaccine was inoculated.
