Blood alcohol concentrations following the inhalation of ethanol vapour under controlled conditions.
1986
Abstract Exposure to ethanol vapour at the UK occupational exposure limit (1900 mg/m 3 ) does not produce a significant blood alcohol concentration. The results have been derived from a human volunteer study under controlled experimental conditions, and theoretical considerations. The effect of exposure to alcohol vapour in excess of the exposure limit on blood alcohol levels is discussed
