Analysis and Evaluation on Supporting Effect of Complex and Broken Roadway

The rock of Jinchuan Group Ltd,Longshou mine is complex and broken rock under high-stress.The rheological characteristics of rock is apparent,and surrounding rock deformation is large with duration deformation.To control the mount of roadway convergence effectively,the double shotcrete+anchor+net was carried out.In order to explore the roadway supporting effect at Longshou mine and the rheological rule of its rock,on-site monitoring of bolt stress and roadway convergence deformation was conducted.The result showed that the bolts overall had a lower anchoring force,generally 6.67% to 23.33% of the anchor bolt capacity,putting forward some proposing measures to enhance supporting effect.The amount of deformation of surrounding rock showed a slowly increasing trend,while a slowing down trend of deformation rate.The horizontal convergence was greater than the vertical convergence,relatively serious deformation in the left side caused by lateral pressure.The average rate of convergence was 0.09~0.19mm/d,being in a slower deformation stage.The roadway was overall in a steady state,obtaining a relatively good support reinforcement effect.
