The invention discloses a micro-flow cutting valve with a function of improving the metering precision. The invention relates to a spring valve, aiming at solving the problem that small flow quantity abnormality such as water droplet which is common in living water cannot be metered and precisely metering the small flow of the water use. An annular shoulder is arranged on the inner surface of the front end of a valve body; a front guide shaft and a rear guide shaft are respectively arranged at the front end surface and the rear end surface of a columnar slide valve; and the shafts and the columnar slide valve are at the same coaxial inner conductor; the front guide shaft threads into a front guide sleeve; the front guide sleeve is fixed at the inner wall of the valve body through a bracket; a rubber sealing pad is fixed at the front end surface of the columnar slide valve and is adhered to the annular shoulder; the rear guide shaft threads into a rear guide sleeve; the rear guide sleeve is fixed at the inner wall of the valve body through the bracket; a limiting shoulder is arranged at the inner surface of the rear end of the valve body; an annular waterflowing trough is formed in the inner wall of the valve body between the limiting shoulder and the columnar slide valve; and a compressed spring threads into the shaft body of the rear guide shaft and is arranged between the columnar slide valve and the rear guide sleeve.
