Steel bridge deck with rubber filled in bilayer corrugated steel plates

2013
The invention discloses a steel bridge deck with rubber filled in bilayer corrugated steel plates. The steel bridge deck comprises a lower-portion bearing structure and a bridge deck pavement structure paved on the lower-portion bearing structure, the lower-portion bearing structure is formed by splicing of multiple bridge deck plate splicing units, each bridge deck plate splicing unit comprises an upper-layer corrugated steel plate, a lower-layer corrugated steel plate and a rubber corrugated plate tightly clamped between the upper-layer corrugated steel plate and the lower-layer corrugated steel plate, multiple stiffening ribs are longitudinally laid at bottoms of corrugated crests of each lower-layer corrugated steel plate, the bridge deck splicing units are tightly fixed on a bearing beam of a construction bridge through multiple detachable connecting parts, and the bridge deck pavement structure is an asphalt pavement layer. The steel bridge deck with rubber filled in bilayer corrugated steel plates is simple in structure, rational in design, simple and convenient to construct, good in stress performance and capable of effectively solving problems of small stiffness, big deformation, poor driving comfortableness, loud noise and the like of currently-adopted U-shaped steel bridge deck plates.
