The invention provides a normal-pressure and room-temperature dynamic gas distribution system and a gas distribution method thereof. The gas distribution system comprises a source gas storage device, a gas sample injecting device, a gas proportioning device and a gas analysis device, wherein gas in the source gas storage device enters the gas sample injecting device; the gas sample injecting device inject the gas into the gas proportioning device to proportion the gas with a background gas; and the gas analysis device analyzes the gas in the gas proportioning device, and feeds gas analytical data back to the gas sample injecting device through a signal feedback control line. In the gas distribution method, the gas distribution system is run in a mode of a closed loop. In the normal-pressure and room-temperature dynamic gas distribution system and the normal-pressure and room-temperature dynamic gas distribution method, the gas sample injecting device injects gas to be diluted into the gas proportioning device, a controller in the gas sample injecting device can control the injection rate and injection speed of the gas effectively without manual injection, so the efficiency and accuracy of gas distribution are improved greatly.
