Determinación experimental de la función de transferencia de modulación de matrices de detectores CCD y CMOS

In this work, we comparatively study the results provided by the speckle method to determine the
modulation transfer function (MTF) of two detectors: a CCD and a CMOS. We analyse the
precision in the MTF with two different slits (single and double). We propose a new procedure of
fitting the data with the single slit and we choose this aperture since it offers better reproducibility
and lower uncertainty. The differences between the MTF of the detectors are significant beyond
50 cycles/mm and they intensify as the spatial frequency augments; at these frequencies, the MTF
is higher for the CCD detector.
