Toxic epidermal necrolysis-like graft vs host disease following orthotopic liver transplantation. A case with skin chimerism.

Graft-vs-host disease (GVHD) after orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT) is uncommon but with high mortality rates (75%) [1] . Toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN)-like GVHD is difficult to differentiate from TEN [2] . Here, we present the report of a TEN-like GVHD after OLT with evidence of skin chimerism and a good clinical outcome.
