Diffusion in oligobutadieneurethane(meth)acrylate-oligoesteracrylate systems
1995
Experimental data describing interdiffusion in systems with limited and complete miscibility of the components are presented. For these systems, general and specific features of the behavior of the interdiffusion coefficient on temperature and concentration are discussed. The role of thermodynamic nonideality of solutions in mass transfer processes is shown. Within the frameworks of various models, the effect of molecular mass of the diffusing compound is analyzed. The parameters of equations relating the rate of diffusion to the molecular mass, molar volume, and number of repeat units in the molecules of the diffusing compound are examined as functions of composition and temperature.
