Synthese von Neuen C‐5 substituierten 2‐Allylamino‐1,3,4‐thiadiazolen, Verbindungen mit eventueller cytostatischer Wirkung

Die Synthese von 1-Acyl-4-allyl-thiosemicarbaziden und daraus die Darstellung von 2-Allylamino-5-R-1,3,4-thiadiazolen (Rp-Nitrophenyl-, Benzyl-, p-Chlorophenoximethyl-, o-Hydroxiphenyl-, o-Chlorophenyl-, m-Chlorophenyl-, p-Chlorophenyl-, (3′:5′)- Dinitrophenyl-, (3′)-Pyridil-, (4′)-Pyridil-) wird beschrieben.
