Dosimetric system of medical betatron of B5M-25 Type

Demands for the dosimetric system of a medical betatron are described. Such an industrial system elaborated for a medical betatron of the B5M-25 type is described. The system consists of detectors of 3 types and a measuring unit. The detectors of bremsstrahlung radiation are the DTI-I type which consists of two semiconductor GaAs-photo-transformers with series connection between which the plate of a CsI (Tl) scintillator is placed; the DTI-2 type consisting only of two GaAs-phototransformers. The detector of electronic emission is a thin-walled ionizing chamber of a through type. The measuring type is based on analog- frequency transformation of the signals and includes a doserate meter, dose dispenser and other units. (auth)
