Initial exploration of treatments on traditional Chinese medicine for postsurgical gastroparesis

The main idea of this paper is to show treatments of traditional Chinese medicine on cancer patients with postsurgical gastroparesis.The theoretical basis is that the main pathogenesis are deficiency of spleen and stomach,qi stagnation,blood stasis and dampness blocking collaterals.The key of the treatments is the accurate dialectic,it needs to combine syndrome differentiation with disease differentiation,separate the local and systemic differentiation and so on.External treatment is better for patients with gastroparesis because of its direct effect and no harm to stomach.
