Перенос носителей заряда в металлополимерных пленках поли [NiSalen]

The results of the research of the electrotransport in metallopolymer thin films on the basis of the composition of Ni (II) with Shiff"s base in a. c. and d. c. electric fields are presented. The temperature and frequency dispersion of the conductivity of poly[NiSalen] structures, as well as thermally activation parameters of the mechanism of the electransfer are identified. The higher level of electroactivity is found out for the polymer in the oxidized condition. The microparameters describing electransfer process are calculated in the framework of the current limited by the spatial charge theory.
