Bearing assembly with compound sensor of heading machine hob

2013
The invention relates to a bearing assembly with a compound sensor of a heading machine hob, belonging to the field of tunnel construction machinery, and relating to a bearing assembly of a heading machine hob which adopts various compound sensor devices, is integrated with a bearing, and can effectively extract fault signals of the bearing. The bearing assembly is formed by integrating a tapered roller bearing and a compound sensor device installed on the bearing, wherein the compound sensor device is formed by integrating various sensors and transitional rings, and the various sensors consist of acceleration sensors, temperature sensors and speed sensors which are all embedded into the transitional rings, and output sensor signals through respective cables. The integrated bearing assembly can monitor own working performance in real time, and in the event of a failure, the bearing assembly can transmit an alarm signal to a mechanical control system in a timely manner, so as to find early fault of the bearing as early as possible, take measures timely, and prolong the working life of the bearing and the hob. The bearing assembly can be produced and sold as an independent product so as to be convenient for a user to use.
