Effect of removal treatments on pesticide residues on Ziziphus jujube cv. Dongzao fruit.

Experiments were conducted on different treatment on removal effect of pesticide residues(dichlorvos,phoxim and parathion)on Ziziphus jujube cv.Dongzao fruit.The results showed that pesticide residues on treated jujube surface could be reduced,among them,jujubes treated by citric acid of 0.50g/L had removal effect of three pesticide residues,that treated by NaHCO3 had different effect of different pesticides,but relatively good effect of phoxim removal,treated by different concentrations of sodium chloride could promote to remove three pesticides residues,while that treated by Xidiling(detergemt) of 2.00g/L had evident effect of phoxim and parathion removal,but no effect of removal of dichlorvos.
