La cadera luxable del recién nacido que sin tratamiento se estabiliza pronto, ¿es patológica o no?
2007
Reference texts and medical journal articles about the disease known today as Development Dysplasia of the Hip (DDH) state that a hip found to luxate during the newborn’s first examination and that is stable without treatment at a second examination 2 weeks later has “spontaneously healed”. This article presents evidence and arguments that demonstrate that such articular luxability indicates there is structural damage even if it disappears within 24 hours.
