Bearing lubrication system for high-speed shaft of speed reducer

2007
The utility model relates to a lubricating system of the bearing of the high-speed gear shaft of a reducer, which resolves the problem of that the high-speed gear shaft under the working state of low speed cannot obtain sufficient oil, so that the bearing cannot be thoroughly lubricated. The utility model comprises a lubricating device and an oil return channel, wherein, the lubricating device includes an oil-collecting plate arranged under the high-speed gear shaft, and the opening of the plate is contacted with the oil film of the tooth top of a helical gear, which is nested on a middle shaft; the oil drain of the oil-collecting plate is communicated with the inner side of the bearing of the high-speed gear shaft; the oil return hole of the oil return channel is arranged on a tank body, and the inlet of the hole corresponds to the outer side of the bearing of the high-speed gear shaft. When the reducer operates, the oil film on the tooth top of the helical gear, which is nested on the middle shaft, is scraped by the oil-collecting plate, flows into the plate, flows into the bearing via the oil drain and finally flows back to an oil tank via the oil return channel, thus realizing the lubrication of the bearing, and the high-speed shaft can still obtain sufficient oil even under the working state of low speed, thus ensuring the good lubrication effect of the bearing.
