University Laboratory Construction from Human-Management Perspective

As a typical management practice of ethics and morality,and from the human-management perspective of the university laboratory management,the concern for people should permeate in every aspect of management,including the concept,system,teachers,students,instruments and equipment,to better serve the goal of the college in training students.In this paper,human-management philosophy and its significance in university laboratory management are described,based on which the principle and the model of this management are proposed.
