The invention discloses a non-contact optical shooting tenonometer, characterized by comprising a pulse air pump, a pulse gas ejection opening, an optical camera, a microprocessor, a control device, and a display device. The non-contact optical shooting tenonometer can satisfy non-contact intra-ocular pressure measurement. Through equipressure pulse air flow, a plane is formed on the top of a comea, through an optical camera shooting method, and the area of the plane is measured, so as to determine intra-ocular pressure. The equipressure pulse air flow sprays on the top of the comea, and according to different intra-ocular pressures, planes in different sizes and area are formed, and the tenonometer is corresponding to different intra-ocular pressures by spraying planes in different area. The tenonometer is advantaged by simple and portable, and high precision.
