The Research of Serum Markers CA125,PAPP-A in Early Ectopic Pregnancy Diagnosis

Objective: To explore the early diagnostic value about PAPP-A,CA125 with vaginal ultrasound application in ectopic pregnancy(EP).Method: Serum PAPP-A and CA125 were measured in 100 cases of women with untipical EP and 100 cases of women with normal interuterine pregnancy(nIUP).At the same time,according to research group is divided into more than seven weeks days menopause group and is less than or equal to seven weeks group.The same was also so in the control group.The data was analyzed by SPSS13.0.Result: Diagnositic critical value is CA125≤34.925U/mL,PAPP-A≤5.405mU/L Diagnositic sensitivity CA125:80%,PAPP-A:76%.Specificity CA125:73.2%,PAPP-A:73.2%.Conclusion: CA125,PAPP-A can be used as diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy markers.
