Miniaturized power generation system

Self-sufficient power generation system, in particular formed as an integrated miniaturized power generation system are coupled based on MEMS technology, comprising a piezoelectric energy converter for converting mechanical energy into electrical energy, caused by at least one piezoelectric element in which a through flow of fluid mechanical force (particularly deformation force) in such a way can that the piezoelectric element is excited to mechanical vibrations, and wherein an integrated circuit (ASIC) is used for energy management of the energy provided by the piezoelectric energy converter.
