Bunched frequency conversion submarine cable and manufacturing method thereof

The invention relates to a bunched frequency conversion submarine cable and a manufacturing method thereof, which legitimately combines a plurality of frequency conversion cable units together and transmits power supplies of different parameters to electric submersible pumps of multiple producing wells on a marine petroleum exploitation platform. The submarine cable comprises frequency conversion cable units, gap filling materials, an armoring cushion layer, a metal armoring layer and a submarine cable outer protective layer, wherein the frequency conversion cable units are twisted into the cable, the gap filling materials are filled among the frequency conversion cable units, the armoring cushion layer is arranged outside the frequency conversion cable units twisted into the cable, the metal armoring layer is arranged outside the armoring cushion layer, and the submarine cable outer protective layer is sheathed outside the metal armoring layer; and each frequency conversion cable unit comprises a power cable core, a control cable core, a gap filler, a metal shield layer and a protective layer, wherein the power cable core comprises a power cable core conductor, a power cable core insulation layer, a semiconductive shield layer and a power cable core metal shield layer, and the control cable core comprises a control cable core conductor, a control cable core insulation layer and a control cable core metal shield layer.
