Practice of and Consideration about Improving the Knowledge Service Quality of the Grass-roots Party School Library

This paper expounds the necessary of carrying out the knowledge service in grass-roots Party school library from two aspects of expanding the cadres training mode and improving library's credibility, and taking the library of Chengdu Municipal Party School as an example, discusses the strategies for improving the knowledge service quality of the grass-roots Party school library from aspects of developing the information literacy education,extending the promotional campaign,strengthening the subject librarian service, and constructing the characteristic database, etc.
