Analiza mogućnosti rasta poduzeća Brux – grad d.o.o.

In the Republic of Croatia there is a large number of small and medium enterprises that compete in the market. This final paper deals with a small family business from Zagreb, Brux - grad Ltd. The company is registered as a construction company for residential and non-residential buildings. In addition, Brux - grad Ltd. also deals with the complete arrangement of the premises, the production of the facade, plaster, glaze, installation and dismantling of scaffolding, drying out buildings and renting a stable concrete pump. The company was founded in 2015 and is already recording constant growth and development. In order to analyze the possibility of enterprise growth in this final paper, the model "Growth Framework" by Allan Gibb was used, which consists: analysis of the quality of the current performance of the enterprise (MOF analysis) and assessment of growth potential of the enterprise (RECoIL analysis). The results of the analyses were summarized in the SWOT analysis. By conducting these analyses, it was shown that the company has all the predispositions for business growth and expansion into other markets in the Republic of Croatia, specifically in the city of Zadar.
