espanolSe han analizado por metodos convencionales y por cromatografia gaseosa muestras comerciales de vinos aromatizados espanoles: vermuts blancos, vinos quinados, vermuts dorados, vermuts rosados y aaperitivos vinicos. El estudio de sus caracteristicas, algunas de ellas incluidas en la reglamentacion, nos dara idea de la calidad de los mismos. EnglishDifferent commercial samples of Spanish flavoured fortified wines have been analyzed by conventional methods and by gaschromatography. The different types studied were: white vermouths, quinine aperitif wines, vermouths dores, vermouths roses and aperitif wines. The study of their characteristics, some of them included in the legislation, will help us to know their quality.
