МОДЕЛЮВАННЯ ЯКОСТІ ВИГОТОВЛЕННЯ СПЕЦІАЛЬНИХ ПРУЖНИХ ЕЛЕМЕНТІВ ТИПУ МЕМБРАН І СИЛЬФОНІВ

The article contains the analysis of the factors affecting the quality characteristics of special elastic elements such as membranes and bellows and defines the functional relationship in which these factors are. Also developed a method of analysis which enables the accuracy of the membranes at the design stage of the elastic members to hold certain quality management of their manufacturing process, since the accuracy of such products is a key instrument for the aerospace and control systems. On the basis of the developed model of the functional dependence of the parameters of special elastic elements can be designed equipment for the control of elastic elements, such as membranes and bellows at the stage of their manufacture. Also, the above method can be used to further study and development of quality control instruments manufacturing elastic elements
