The invention discloses a solar photovoltaic power generation device which comprises at least one solar photovoltaic cell assembly. The solar photovoltaic cell assembly comprises a first ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) membrane, a second EVA membrane, a solar cell, insulation borders and a wire connector, wherein the first EVA membrane and the second EVA membrane are oppositely arranged, the solar cell is arranged between the first EVA membrane and the second EVA membrane, a negative electrode welding belt lead is arranged on the side of the solar cell facing the first EVA membrane, and a positive electrode welding belt lead is arranged on the side of the solar cell facing the second EVA membrane. The insulation borders are arranged around the solar photovoltaic cell assembly, and through holes are arranged on the insulation borders opposite to the negative electrode welding belt lead and the positive electrode welding belt lead and used for enabling the negative electrode welding belt lead and the positive electrode welding belt lead to be led out. The wire connector is provided with an electric electrode lead port and a wiring port which is movably connected with the through holes to enable the wire connector to be electrically connected with the negative electrode welding belt lead and the positive electrode welding belt lead, and the electric electrode lead port is electrically connected with an external circuit to output power of the solar photovoltaic cell assembly. The solar photovoltaic power generation device can provides appropriate power and voltage according to users' needs and is convenient to carry.
